Has 20+ years of experience in Corporate, Private, and Investment Banking. Before PC-Capital, Jorge held analyst and associate positions in GE Capital’s risk area, structuring 80+ operations adding more than US $ 700MM in transaction loans. He later joined Citi Private Bank as VP leading the private aircraft financing program. Jorge has specialized in M&A within the K12 and Higher Education segments for the last ten years, representing schools and private equity funds in Mexico, the United States, and other Latin American countries. He served as Director of Cognita Schools in Mexico and VP of M&A at University Ventures Fund. Jorge has also worked as an independent consultant for schools in diverse investment projects.
He has a BS in Industrial Engineer from the Tecnológico de Monterrey and holds an MBA from Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.
