Mr. Godard has over 10 years of experience in Private Equity, Investment Bank and Debt Financing in Mexico and Latin America. Prior to PC Capital, Gerardo structured and placed over 10 transactions in the Mexican debt public market, of over US$300 MM and completed a qide range of private M&A transactions in sectors such as Retail & Consumer, Food, Pharmaceuticals, Tech, Financial Institutions and Real Estate as Investment Banking and Corporate Financing Subdirector at INVEX.
He Co-founded Kandeo Private Equity Fund, fund that has more than US$400 MM in AUM from institutional investors. Worked in Editorial Televisa and Samsung Electronics Mexico.
Gerardo holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
