In 2013 Mr. Garza was appointed as Chairman for Mexico of the WPP Group. His advertising and communications career started at Y&R in 1972. Later in 1981, he joined Leo Burnett. In his 14 years tenure at LB he reached several top positions. In 1995 Mr. Garza started the operation of Saatchi & Saatchi in Mexico. Four years later, in 1999, he joined Ogilvy & Mather as President and CEO, becoming its Chairman in January 2011. In his tenure, he became a member of the Board of Directors of Ogilvy & Mather Worldwide.
