Luis is a seasoned investment banker with 7+ years executing project & structured finance, M&A, restructuring, and LBO transactions in Latin America. He has been member of high-performance teams executing deals over US$3 Bn, primarily in the natural resources and infrastructure sectors.
Prior to joining PC Capital, Luis served as capital markets manager for Kueski, the largest Mexican BNPL Fintech; as an investment banking Vice President at Ernst & Young; and as team member of Sabadell’s and Banorte’s structured & project finance team.
He holds a BS in Finance from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM).
