On December 8, PC Capital completed the sale of 100% of its investment in Distribuidora Rancho Los Molinos, S.A. de C.V. to a group of investors led by Exitus Control S.A. de C.V. Founded in 1998, Distribuidora Rancho Los Molinos is the distributor of vegetable seeds, soils, and gardening products in Mexico. Rancho Los Molinos markets its products under the Vita and Hortaflor brands in more than 3,300 points of sale nationwide, including major self-service chains and specialized gardening stores throughout the Mexican Republic.
With this transaction, PC Capital celebrates its third exit in the last 12 months, following the sales of Cesar’s Pizza, S.A. de C.V. and Lottus Education, S.A.P.I. de C.V. in December 2022 and March 2023, respectively. Regarding the sale of Rancho Los Molinos, Pablo Coballasi, Managing Partner of PC Capital, commented:
