Before joining PC Capital, Santiago worked as an Analyst at Tigres UANL, a first division professional soccer team of the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León, where he specialized in data analysis. Additionally, he worked as an Analyst at Grupo Andrade Automotriz, where he was part of the product development team.
Santiago graduated with honors as an Industrial Engineer from Universidad Iberoamericana (UIA).
